Massive NATO Blunder― Gives Russian Defense Ministry An Early Christmas
Russia Calling 300,000 Reservists (And) 25 Million More?
By: Christopher Maffei
I would like to start by saying, any open intelligence regarding the Kharkiv counteroffensive needs to be taken with a grain of salt. This is due to the distortion of information from the belligerents in question.
If true, on 6 September 2022, Ukrainian forces launched a counteroffensive in the Kharkiv region with ISR given to them by NATO intelligence. At the start of the push, the line was being held by a lightly armed police force. The NATO-backed Ukrainian forces, desperate for an easy victory, fell easily into the military deception. As they advanced along their axis to― nowhere. The Ukrainian forces quickly swept aside the lightly armed police units and advanced into the Kharkiv region as the Russians withdrew strategically.
Yielding the territory to the Ukrainian infantry.
Given the fact, there’s an operational pause. What are going to be the consequences of this ridiculous Ukrainian offensive? The Russian State Duma now has the justification it needs for the mobilization of its people. Whereas NATO incompetence makes me think that NATO decision centers are staffed by Russian officers.
This hollow victory, has given the Russian Ministry of Defense exactly what it needs. It can call for 300,000 reservists to active duty. 300,000 out of― 25 million more. As of this moment, no one has a clue how many reservists will actually be called
For the sake of the Ukrainian people, there needs to be an immediate end to hostilities, and peace talks need to begin. This will also reduce the probability of a nuclear confrontation.
Otherwise, Washington DC could disappear into a cloud of vapor 80,000 feet into the sky.

Justification is what they needed and it it was delivered on a silver platter. Russians are intelligent, strategic thinkers, or don't people notice how many chess grandmasters come from Russia?
As a veteran who served active duty and reserve/ National Guard. I can say that many of those serving in those capacities are not combat ready or experienced. Many of them have never even served on active duty other than for basic training exercises part time. Their were only about 20% of the people I served with in those capacities with actual combat experience.
Just another point of view to help put this whole thing into context. Disclaimer; I don't like any war and do not take sides in this conflict.
